HOW IT WORKS?
THE PROCESS
The auction process is broken down in the list below to help you know the sequence of events and what to expect during each process. This is a general overview and not the "Terms and Conditions".
WHAT IS GOING TO BE AUCTIONED?
At Auction Expo Center we will typically offer varied inventory consigned to the auction by brand name manufactures, dealers, wholesalers and retailers who have new products they would like to liquidate. This will include such items but is not limited to doors, windows, hardware, appliances, lumber, plywood, siding, trim, cabinetry, fans, tools, compressors, flooring, carpet, sinks, bath enclosures, hardware, lighting, home decor and so much more all under one roof. These items are placed on the auction floor for the 'Preview' and are identified by a number called "Lots". Most "Lots" are sold as a single unit price to the highest bidder, but may have multiple same units available. The highest bidder can choose the quantity he would like and the rest are available at the high bid price until gone. This way the homeowner can bid equally with the volume bidder. The auctioneer will tell you how many units are available and the price. You simply show your number and tell him the quantity you want.
